About our services
AimaHelp provides practical support with residence applications, renewals and documents in Portugal. Website information explains common situations; it is not advice tailored to your case.
Agreeing a service and price
Contacting us does not by itself create a paid service. Before paid work starts, the scope, price and relevant arrangements are agreed separately. Ask us if anything is unclear before agreeing.
Legal help
AimaHelp is not a law firm. Legal advice and representation are provided by independent licensed Portuguese lawyers when needed, under separately agreed arrangements. Sending a message does not itself appoint a lawyer.
Information and documents
Give accurate, relevant information and tell us about deadlines or changes affecting your application. Start with a short summary; do not send unnecessary sensitive documents. We explain which documents are needed for agreed support. How we handle information is explained in the privacy policy.
Decisions and estimates
Public authorities decide applications and appointments. AimaHelp cannot guarantee approval, an appointment or a processing time. Guides and calculator results are general information and estimates, not a decision about eligibility. Requirements and your circumstances should be checked before acting.
Questions and applicable rights
Contact us to discuss questions or concerns about agreed work. These website terms do not replace the specific service agreement or take away rights you have under applicable law.
