We ask only for information relevant to your enquiry or service. Start with a short summary rather than sending sensitive documents. We explain what is needed before asking for more.
Who can see your information
Access within AimaHelp is limited to the staff who need it for your enquiry or service. Relevant information and documents may be shared with a lawyer when legal help is needed. Providers supporting essential website operations may process necessary technical information. We do not use your enquiry or documents for advertising.
Using this website and WhatsApp
Our website hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request and security information, such as your internet address and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. The website remembers your selected language and this privacy notice. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on the public website. Calculator entries and results are not saved. WhatsApp is a separate third-party service with its own privacy rules; following a WhatsApp link opens that service. Information may be processed outside Portugal by service providers; we do not promise that all information stays in Portugal.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information and documents only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, provide the agreed service and keep records required by law. You can request deletion by email. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. Depending on the circumstances, you may also ask to restrict its use, object to its use or receive a transferable copy. Where use depends on your consent, you may withdraw it. We may need to confirm your identity and keep legally required records.
